Message from the CEO

MET Group is playing an active role in the transformation of European energy markets. Our integrated model based on four divisions – Trading & Wholesale, EU Sales, Flexibility Assets, Green Assets – helps us to support the energy transition towards a zero-carbon world.

MET SERVICES AT A GLANCE

In just a short period of time since its establishment, MET Group has successfully transformed from a local Hungarian company into a Swiss-based one with a steadily growing international presence.

Therefore in order to effectively manage and operate the MET Group companies, the decision was taken to establish MET Services, an independent legal entity in Hungary that will provide highly professional and tailor-made non-business support services, which include legal advisory, HR, IT, treasury support, accounting, marketing and other non-business support services, on the group level dedicated exclusively towards MET Group companies. MET Services will also serve as a controlling point for MET together with MET Holding in order to harmonize overall group operational strategy.

The operation of MET Services is expected to add significant value to MET Group and continue its success story as it will allow MET companies to generate greater profitability by focusing on their core business activities and help MET Group to grow further.
